Solution
Honjo “ATCENTRAL®“ CSSD Traceability Management System provides Gansu Provincial Hospital with a comprehensive solution, covering the following key areas:
Since July 2024, the CSSD of Gansu Provincial Hospital has implemented the “ATCENTRAL®” system, achieving full-process digital management. The system covers instrument recycle, cleaning, disinfection, packaging, storage, and distribution, ensuring strict monitoring at each step to enhance efficiency and safety. Customized workload reports have been optimized for faster data access and querying. The consumables management function improves efficiency and streamlines outbound processes and user interaction.
For the dual-center operation model, the system has redesigned workflows, allowing operating rooms and clinical departments to submit requests for soiled package collection to both centers. Soiled packages can be handed over at multiple nodes, with the other center continuing the process. Instrument sets are distributed based on the actual processing center, ensuring flexibility and unified data reporting.
Through the “ATCENTRAL®” system, Gansu Provincial Hospital CSSD has achieved efficient management and full-process traceability, enhancing service quality and operational efficiency.
