1. Assist the General Manager in formulating corporate development strategies and sales strategies; develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to lead the team in achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

3. Proven ability to manage sales teams efficiently, develop premium distributors, and implement effective sales tactics.

4. Exceptional communication and teamwork skills; experienced in team building/training with a track record of meeting sales goals.

5. Established network (“interpersonal resources”) in the medical device industry.

Base Location: Provincial capitals or key cities within the assigned region

Job Description:

1. Responsible for sales management within the region, ensuring market stability and achieving sales targets for various products (medical consumables, medical equipment, and software).

2. Provide active and effective guidance to regional managers under supervision in various tasks (including formulating marketing strategies and sales objectives).

3. Develop and maintain key sales channel resources and KA (Key Account) clients within the region, enhance customer satisfaction, and build the company’s brand image.

4. Analyze market trends, demand changes, competitor activities, and customer feedback in a timely manner to provide accurate and effective information for the company’s marketing strategy formulation.

5. Complete other tasks assigned by senior management.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in medicine, marketing, or related fields, with at least five years of experience in medical product sales and team management.

    2. Possess a professional image, a passion for medical product sales and services, and strong teamwork awareness.

    4. Proficient in using daily office software.
